Karen Swift

Karen is responsible for showing prospective tenants around properties which are on the residential lettings market, managing viewing days and selling the benefits of properties to applicants.

Born in Cornwall and brought up in the north of Scotland, Karen studied in Norwich, and eventually returned to Norfolk permanently in 1990 and ran her own successful business in Wymondham before selling it a few years ago.  Finding that she missed the customer interaction, she has helped with a number of friends’ businesses, and now enjoys her new role in our busy Lettings department.

Karen is married with two adult children, and lives in Hingham.  Both she and her husband are keen cyclists, and she also enjoys all sorts of crafting, including felting, crochet and calligraphy, as well as baking.  Her ambition is to travel to New York, a goal which was thwarted by Covid but which she is determined to fulfil soon.
