Phoebe Richards

Phoebe works in our busy Surveys and Valuations team, dealing with client enquiries for both residential and commercial properties surveys and valuations, and administering them as they proceed.  She joined Arnolds Keys after eight years working for a national chain of estate agents in their lettings department, working in renewals administration.

Born in London, Phoebe moved to Norfolk when she was five, and grew up near Aylsham.  She now lives in Norwich with her five year-old son.  A confirmed foodie, she enjoys eating out in the city, citing Ciscoe’s and The Blues Kitchen at The Rosebery as two of her favourites.

Already well-travelled, Phoebe’s ambition is to explore more of the world and its cuisine, with Cambodia, Bali and Japan on her bucket list.
