Nick Williams | MRICS

Nick is Managing Partner of Arnolds Keys and a Chartered Surveyor in the Commercial Department.

He joined the firm in 2016 having worked in Cambridgeshire where he trained and qualified after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester.

As Managing Partner, Nick is responsible for the management and operations of the firm. He also oversees the Commercial Professional and Commercial Property Management teams as well as contributing to the Graduate training programme for the firm.  

He is a RICS Registered Valuer, conducting valuations for a wide range of purposes including specialist properties such as GP Surgeries and Veterinary Practices. He also handles Landlord & Tenant matters including lease renewals and rent reviews.

Originally from Lincolnshire, Nick now lives in North West Norfolk with his wife. He enjoys sailing and powerboating and is an RYA Instructor.
