The Irelands, Arnolds Keys Team were out in force at the recent farm machinery auction, held at Spring Farm in Felthorpe. 600 lots of farm machinery and equipment went under the hammer on Thursday 9 March for Oli and Hannah Arnold who were disposing of surplus items of equipment from their agricultural contracting business.
The team were blessed with a lovely day which encouraged enthusiastic bidding from the assembled audience. Whilst not all items on offer were sold, at the end of the day the sale raised a total of £170,000.

- 8m Dalbo Cultilift Cultivator | made £6,100
- Amazone 12 row maize drill | made £36,000
- Jig Lifts | made £4,000 - £4,500
- Genie TZ50 lift | made £7,000
- Schaffer Pivot steer loader | made £8,600
- Stewart 16-20 Maize trailer | made £6,000
- Agro Liner bulk trailer | made £7,000
- Sulky Drill | made £12,500
- Vogel and Noot 6 furrow plough | made £2,700
- JCB Sitemaster Digger | made £5,500
- Accord Maize Drill | made £5,800
Agricultural Partner Simon Evans and Agricultural Associate Tom Corfield commented that, “machinery sales are few and far between at the moment due to farms not changing hands, so this was an excellent opportunity right on our doorstep and the clients were very happy with the outcome”
