Published 28 May 2016
Norfolk-based property services firm Arnolds Keys has announced two senior level promotions in its Residential and Commercial Agency divisions.
Darren Neave has been appointed residential associate, assuming day-to-day responsibility for strategy and performance across the firm’s eight residential estate agency offices. Mr Neave joined Arnolds Keys in 2013; previously he was a trainer for a UK chain of estate agencies. He is an associate at the firm.
Meanwhile Rob Flint has been appointed to head the firm’s Commercial Agency division. Mr Flint joined Arnolds Keys in 2009 as a graduate surveyor, and has twice won the prestigious Estates Gazette East Anglian Dealmaker of the Year award. He is also an associate at the firm.
Managing partner Guy Gowing commented, “We are delighted to announce these two well-deserved promotions, which reflect both our growing business, and our policy of offering well-defined career development paths within the firm.
“Both our residential and commercial property businesses are in robust health, well-placed to take advantage of a bullish market – some of the best conditions we have experienced in many years.”
