Julie Dixon-Claxton | MARLA

Julie has over 30 years experience in estate agency in both sales and lettings.  A Member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), she deals with tenant and landlord enquiries, arranging viewings and valuations, as well as drawing up tenancy agreements, registered tenancies and the various safety certificates required.

Julie was born in north Norfolk, lived for more than 25 years in Norwich, and now calls Stoke Holy Cross home.  She started her career at Sedgwick Insurance Brokers (now Marsh), before entering the property profession with Woolwich Property Services in North Walsham.

Outside of work, she enjoys long country and beach walks with her cockapoo Trevor (and husband Darren!), as well as spending time with friends over dinner at one of Norwich’s many fine restaurants.

She enjoys travelling, and her ambition when she finally retires (so a good few years yet!) is to spend more time exploring Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
