Joe Gates

Joe joined the Lettings department in 1991, then left in 1995 to bring up her children, returning in 2001 part-time. She deals with tenant and landlord enquiries, organising repairs, arranging viewings and valuations, and ensuring various safety certificates are up to date, as well as drawing up Tenancy Agreements and other legal documents.

With a father in the RAF, Joe travelled considerably during her childhood before settling in Norfolk. She started her career working for the Co-operative Insurance Society, then as a civilian in the Army living in Germany before moving into property.

Joe is married with two sons and when not at work she loves walking her dogs which help her to keep fit, and looking after her grandson. She loves to travel and her favourite destination is Thailand.
