Tom has over 15 years’ experience in the rural property sector, and now leads leads the Agricultural team and is head of the Aylsham office.
A graduate from Harper Adams University College, Tom returned back to Norfolk to complete his training and qualifications with Irelands Chartered Surveyors & Auctioneers which merged with Arnolds Keys in November 2014. He was appointed a Partner in May 2018. Tom
Tom's experience and knowledge covers a broad range of matters including negotiating property sales and lettings on a range of agricultural and rural property, farms, barns, woodland, farmhouses, estate properties and land, as well as more unusual rural properties such as churches.
He also provides estate management services and a full range of professional advice including valuation work covering IHT, tax, secured lending, matrimonial, stocktaking, charity and market appraisals.
Further work includes environmental schemes, landlord and tenant matters, and compulsory purchase and compensation issues such as Anglian Water, National Grid, Highways and Offshore Windfarm schemes. He also conducts our periodic farm and farm machinery auctions.
Originally from Hoveton, he now lives in Aylsham with his family. He treads the boards for Horning Amateur Theatrical Society in their annual pantomime and is a classic car enthusiast with the ambition of owning a classic American muscle car.
